Orienta\u010dn\u011b lze doporu\u010dit takov\u00fd pohyb, u kter\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017eeme z\u00e1rove\u0148 s n\u011bk\u00fdm bez velk\u00e9ho zad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mluvit. Na v\u00fdlety a del\u0161\u00ed svi\u017en\u00e9 proch\u00e1zky m\u016f\u017eeme vyt\u00e1hnout rodinku.
